Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Payment is due on arrival.
After each reservation, the hotel sends a second confirmation email which contains the access codes in case of arrival after 6pm.
Please make sure you do receive this second email.
Please note that cleaning is done on a weekly basis. Daily cleaning is available with a charge as follows:

Suite Le Charmeur: EUR 30.
Royal Suite L’Elegant: EUR 40.
