Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

On request we can provide a shuttle service. A baby-sitting service is also available on request.
If you have any special requirements, such as a reservation in one of the area’s renowned restaurants, the booking of theatre tickets or a particular daily newspaper, our staff would be only too happy to assist.
